You can now find health and lifestyle news and our new FIT Challengers for the second half of 2014 on the Sandusky Register web site.
It is bittersweet to write this blog.
I am sad the FIT Challenge is over already, but so happy for all I have learned.
I am forever grateful for the knowledge, time, effort and patience that my trainer Shawn Zahel of NOMS has given me.
I recently discovered that quinoa makes a great option for breakfast -- especially when topped with fresh fruit.
I think it is one of the best ways to start the morning.
Trina is a whole new person. She is more outgoing and confident, and physically is a new woman.
I can say she is a gym rat now; she does her morning cardio and her strength training after her breakfast.
Well, I am still going strong as I compose one of the last blogs of the challenge.
I have some mixed feelings about the impending end.
I am going to miss the blog end and definitely going to miss being with Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance.
I just got back from a wonderful week camping with my family and friends!
I have lots of laundry and dishes to wash, many things to put back in their place and I am very sunburned, but we had a blast!
