It is bittersweet to write this blog.

I am sad the FIT Challenge is over already, but so happy for all I have learned.

I am forever grateful for the knowledge, time, effort and patience that my trainer Shawn Zahel of NOMS has given me.

Well the FIT Challenge is over for me on Wednesday after my workout with Ken Cutcher, but that is not stopping me from going back to the gym to lose this weight.

I recently discovered that quinoa makes a great option for breakfast -- especially when topped with fresh fruit.
