I am doing well with the FIT Challenge.

When I was at the gym last week, I stepped on the scale and I had went down 9 pounds, which means I have lost 47 pounds.

I am almost to my goal of 50 pounds lost by the end of April.

I’m a bit of a green thumb. I have to be with the big yard I have that is full of trees, flowers, grasses, ferns and veggies in the summer.  It’s a great space with rich soil, critters and lots of ever changing greenery. Without tending it the yard would quickly turn into a jungle.

I am sure it is not because he didn’t want to be there.

I had a good past week of workouts.

Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance took my measurements on Friday and they revealed a little loss and measurements down in a couple places.

The weight is coming off, grudgingly, but coming off, nonetheless.

I need to broaden my food choices. I think I've been eating well, but because of my pickiness, I'm very limited in my choices of food.
