What a journey! I can't believe this is my last blog. So, I really need to thank some people.
First, I want to thank FIT editor Brandi Barhite for selecting me for the FIT Challenge.
It is bittersweet to write this blog.
I am sad the FIT Challenge is over already, but so happy for all I have learned.
I am forever grateful for the knowledge, time, effort and patience that my trainer Shawn Zahel of NOMS has given me.
I recently discovered that quinoa makes a great option for breakfast -- especially when topped with fresh fruit.
I think it is one of the best ways to start the morning.
