Another week down and not too many more to go!

This competition has really helped keep me focused and distracted all at the same time.

I focused more on myself than I probably ever have. It also helped the time go by quickly.

This past week continued to go well.  I lost another 6 pounds. 

I continue to be on pace to drop just below 300 by the end of the competition, which would be a total loss of 83 pounds.

We just received an email outlining the events/stations that will be held at the 5K. 

They seem really fun and challenging.
