FIT Challenger Brian Feltner is happy to report he has ankles again.
“My feet aren’t swollen like they used to be. I took a picture of my foot the other day because I had never seen it so skinny before. I have ankles!”
Feltner is down 51 pounds since starting the FIT Challenge on July 1. His next goal is to get down to 450 pounds. Little things are getting better like workouts in the gym and going up and down the stairs.
I am still at a high weight. I would like to see another 25-30 pounds in September,” he said. “As I lose more, I can work out longer and harder.
“I can’t wait to get to smaller size where I can do hard workouts every day with my brother, Matt,” he said. “It don’t matter if he is busy all day, he will go at 1 a.m. I want to get to that point.”
Feltner still wants to meet with the nutritionist at NOMS, but meanwhile has been taking food advice from his NOMS trainer, Shawn Zahel.
He is eating a lot of fish and chicken, along with salad and vegetables.
“I eat small meals every two hours starting when I wake up, up until four hours before I go to bed,” Feltner said. “I don’t miss Burger King or McDonalds.
“I am doing it for me so I don’t really miss any of it. The diet has actually been the easier part. I don’t mind it,” Feltner said. “I like salad, I love vegetables. Most of my life it is has been eat what is quickest. If you are on
the go, it is the Dollar Menu.”
