A lot of workout routines fail because those doing them get bored with doing the same thing each week. Working with a trainer helps this problem as he or she is always looking for activities to keep clients motivated.
The week started well with nice running weather. I had a great warm-up run near my gym. After the run, my personal trainer Ken Cutcher and I had a great workout at Anytime Fitness. We did a lot of lifting and core exercises.
