The week started well with nice running weather. I had a great warm-up run near my gym. After the run, my personal trainer Ken Cutcher and I had a great workout at Anytime Fitness. We did a lot of lifting and core exercises.
Last Monday I wrote about the week after my birthday being one the best I have had in a long time. I had lost a lot of weight, my exercises went well and I won the FIT Challenge Challenge at Anytime Fitness.
