How to eat like a Superbowl champ, while maintaining fitness guru status

Try this Hoisin BBQ chicken for a half-time snack that won't make you look like a linebacker.

Hoisin BBQ chicken wings   
10 – 12 wings - disjointed
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
½ tsp Tabasco
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp mince garlic
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp fish sauce or soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Combine the wings with all the items for the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the wings on a rack on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 F
For the BBQ sauce:
¼ cup sweet barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
1 green onion – minced
When the wings are almost done, brush the glaze on the wings.  Cook for 10 minutes or until they start to crisp on the edges.  They will be a little sticky, so serve with lots of napkins!
