This was a good past week.
Thanksgiving is always a great time.
I worked three days and had four days off.
On Thanksgiving I went out to my aunt's house and had dinner.
Things are getting back on track.
With starting my new job a few months ago, my schedule got a little tough.
Working a lot of overtime and being sore kept me from the gym. My body needed time to adjust to the new job.
Another week has passed by and things are still looking up.
I have been doing my daily walks and still eating right.
Work is going good and my body is pretty much used to the job now. I mean I still have sore feet after all that running around for eight hours.
Things are still going good in the FIT Challenge for me.
I have been working a lot of hours at work and continue to walk each day.
I walked all last month for my workouts so I could prepare for the 5K.
Another week has passed in the FIT Challenge and I'm still seeing results.
I couldn't be happier. I weighed Friday at 456 pounds, which means I am now down 73 pounds so far. I started a new job a month and a half ago and I have been working a lot.
This past week has been good.
I've been walking as much as possible to prepare for the FIT Fright Challenge 5K.
My body doesn't ache much anymore.
I've been volunteering to work overtime at work; the extra hours on my feet aren't bothering me.
Another week has passed by and things are still going good.
I am preparing for the upcoming 5K on Oct 27th.
I have been walking daily to get my endurance up.
This past week went pretty well.
I am back to the gym and preparing for the FIT Challenge 5K on Oct. 27.
To get ready for the 5K, we will be concentrating on my cardio for the next few weeks.
This past week went pretty good.
My new job is going well and I really like it.
My body has gotten used to the job now so the soreness is gone.
I am happy to say that I finally got back to the gym on Wednesday.
The past few weeks have been tough on me.
It has been a struggle to get adjusted to my new job and stick with my FIT commitments.
I have had scheduling issues with the hours I work and the hours I was going to the gym.
