Feltner is back on his feet ... literally

If you read my blog last week I had talked about how I was sent from work to the hospital because of how bad my feet were.

All the working and exercising, plus my first 5K, really put a beating on my feet.

I am happy to say that after getting to the foot doctor on Wednesday and letting them know that I can't miss any work or be away from the gym, they did everything possible to help me get fixed quickly.

I worked on Friday and a few coworkers jokingly said, "Dang I have never seen you move that quick".

My feet were feeling great and I worked the whole shift with absolutely no pain.

That is great because after this week of work, we will be off for two weeks for Christmas Shutdown.

I have already talked to my NOMS trainer Shawn Zahel and we are going to hit the gym hard every day and make up some lost ground.

I want to finish out the challenge strong and have lost at least 100 pounds.

Pain and/or a busy schedule is no excuse to not try, especially when your health and your life may be on the line.

Once again thank you to everyone for your kind words and support through this whole thing, I appreciate each and every one of you

Heck Yeah way to go Brian. Keep it up. It is a battle that you can win!
