Things are going pretty good, I have to say.
The first month of the challenge is over and I'm even more excited for the second month.
As I am losing weight, going to the gym becomes more and more fun.
ike I said before, years ago I loved being in the gym.
After gaining the weight, your feet and body gets sore and the gym was becoming less and less fun.
We are working out at NOMS two days a week, and I walk the other days. It's working out great.
As the weight falls off, I can walk a little faster and farther each time.
As we progress, we will amp up the workouts to more days a week.
The diet is still going good. I haven't met the nutritionist yet, but we will be meeting up at the end of the week.
I have been eating as healthy as I know how. I want to go over things with her though to make sure I am doing every thing right.
If there is even one thing I should cut out, then it needs to go! I am proud to say that on Friday
My personal trainer Shawn Zahel took my new measurements, and I have lost a total of 5 inches in my chest, 5 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips.
I am actually shrinking! As long as I see any type of loss each week, each month, I am happy with that.
This is a lifestyle change and a long-term goal for me.
