For the first time in this journey I have read thru the comments that have been on the Firelands In Training website that is connected to the Sandusky Register and the Norwalk Reflector.
I did well this past week. I surprised myself with my willpower over the holiday.
I had one, yes ONE, plate. It wasn’t a mountain of food either, just a little bit of each thing.
Another week has flown by.
This past week has been OK, not the best because of not feeling well.
Between being tired and getting dizzy, I can't seen to shake what I've got.

For the most part, I am eating salads with chicken or turkey while I’m at work.
I’m still cooking more, and I am enjoying it tremendously.

It has been an uneventful past week.
It’s the in-between week for boot camp sessions, and I’ve just been feeling blah.
My first 5K is done.
My time was just over 57 minutes.
It was amazing and so much fun!

I'm walking and working out and actually enjoying it again.
I'm starting to cook more instead of just making salads.
I've got a new favorite. Spaghetti squash is a great new staple for me.
I can't believe that it us already halfway through October!
Where has the time gone?!
For the most part it had been an uneventful week. Gym, sleep, work, repeat.
My schedule is a lot easier, and I am happy with how I'm doing.
I have decided to no longer do my workouts at Curves.
I am appreciative of the opportunity that the gym has given me, but there were some differing views.
I am working out at the YMCA four to five days a week, along with boot camp workouts each week!
