I. Hate. Being. Sick.
This sinus infection/cold this past week has been the worst I’ve had in probably the past year.
Luckily, the two worst days were on my days off, so I didn’t miss work.
I’ve not been able to work out much; boot camp was impossible because I can’t breathe, and walking was out of the question as well.
I’ve been letting myself rest and I only have a slight cough and stuffy nose remaining. If only my asthma wouldn’t be kicked up because of the coughing.
Food-wise, I’m doing well, I’m doing what I need to do with my meal plan.
Midnights are, as I thought, a wonderful thing for me. I am down a few more pounds, and a lot of inches!
When we saw that I was extremely happy. I’m just concerned about gaining a few of them back because I can finally eat again.
I’m making smart choices when choosing my meals for the week, a LOT of salads, chicken and fish.
I’m ready to get back to being able to work out and walk; this cough just needs to go away. I’m getting very antsy at home.
I was doing laundry the other day, and thought to myself, there aren’t any jeans in here. All I have are my work clothes and workout clothes. Less laundry! Woohoo! Ha ha!
I hope everyone in the program is doing well, I know a few of us have been ill recently. Get yourselves feeling better. Don’t push yourself if you are sick; you’ll just make it worse!
