This past week has been different for me because my boyfriend Greg was actually home for the majority of the week.
I’m not going to beat myself up because I chose to spend time with him.
He has been gone almost every day for the past six weeks. When I get the opportunity to spend time with him , I will be doing so.
I’m doing well with my food choices.
I’m back to drinking my protein shakes and smoothies.
I’m been trying to make sure I get more protein so that I feel full for longer periods of time.
I take the same amount of food to work as I always have, but I’ve noticed that about half of it comes back home with me. I don’t feel like I’m letting myself go hungry; I feel almost full.
My water intake is up (3-4 16-ounce bottles a day at minimum), besides my V8 juice and almond milk.
I’m back to just drinking water and tea.
I’m going to try my best not to overeat this week and next with the holiday. I did well at Thanksgiving and hope to continue to have the willpower.
