Saylor hopes to not overeat on Christmas

This past week has been different for me because my boyfriend Greg was actually home for the majority of the week.

I’m not going to beat myself up because I chose to spend time with him.

He has been gone almost every day for the past six weeks.  When I get the opportunity to spend time with him , I will be doing so.

I’m doing well with my food choices.

I’m back to drinking my protein shakes and smoothies.

I’m been trying to make sure I get more protein so that I feel full for longer periods of time.

I take the same amount of food to work as I always have, but I’ve noticed that about half of it comes back home with me.  I don’t feel like I’m letting myself go hungry; I feel almost full.

My water intake is up (3-4 16-ounce bottles a day at minimum), besides my V8 juice and almond milk.

I’m back to just drinking water and tea.

I’m going to try my best not to overeat this week and next with the holiday.  I did well at Thanksgiving and hope to continue to have the willpower.

I hope everyone has a great holiday (whatever you celebrate) and a wonderful start to the New Year.

I agree with you. She definitely took an opportunity away from someone who truly wanted it, even though she states she didn't. If you were serious about this challenge, you would find time to fit a workout in daily instead of making up excuses as to why you didn't work out. I'm also glad the next challenge has different rules.

Saylor did throw an opportunity away. She quit the challenge on "her terms" and has made an excuse up for her lack of weight loss or gain? If you were not serious about loosing weight, why did you sign up?
