Well, I’m getting this written on Saturday night, as I’m going to be in Columbus with my 50 Model United Nations students Sunday through Tuesday afternoon.  I’m not going to be getting too much sleep while keeping track of my students, but it is a rewarding experience for the kids.

I had three hard workouts at the gym this past week, including Friday afternoon, when I went through my circuit that I had put together.  I was wiped out when I finished, but it was a “good” wiped out.

I hopped on the scale for my weigh-in, and I was at 292 pounds.  If I’m not mistaken, it is a pound or two up from where I was before, but I guess I could look at the bright side and think that while I’ve not been at the gym as much as I’d like to have been over the last several months, I’ve still been able to “maintain.”

My wife baked gingerbread cookies on Friday night, and I had two of them.  While they were very good (as they always are), they didn’t agree with me, as I’ve not eaten anything like them in a very, very long time.  I’m thinking that it would be in my best interest to avoid them in the future.
