What a journey!  I can't believe this is my last blog.  So, I really need to thank some people.

I really am amazed at how I have changed.
 
Fellow FIT Challenger Trina Crosland, my family and I all participated in the Fourth of July Parade in Norwalk with my personal trainer Hannah Riely and her infamous tire flipping gang, "Going Strong 40.31."

I had a wonderful past week.  

Things have slowed down a bit, so I've had time to concentrate on myself again.

What I've realized this past week is that I'm excited about my new look.  
 
I love being thinner and more toned.  I like how clothes fit me now.  I don't mind looking in the mirror.

I stopped keeping a food log awhile back, but because of that sometimes I don't think I am eating enough and, of course, sometimes I may have been overeating and not always the right things.

Time seems to be going quick now. 

I was able to work out twice with Hannah Riley of the Norwalk Rec.  

Now that I'm not able to work out five to six days a week like I was before summer sports kicked in, it takes so much longer to recover when I do work out with Hannah.

Slow and steady.  That's how this past week has gone. 

I got to enjoy the weather and work out with Hannah Riley of the Norwalk Rec. We went outside and did a little more tire flipping up a hill.

I am back on track again.  I'm going to try to find more working out time, but I'm doing better than I have the past few weeks.

FIT Challenger Edie Walton has done an incredible job of exercising and eating healthier this past month.
 
The proof is in the inches and weight she has lost.

Week 2 of not working out as much as I want to or should.  

I was doing great for a while, working out at home every night, whether I worked out at the gym or not.
