Chapman: 'I will just keep pressing on'

Happy Easter! I hope everyone had a great time with family and friends while remembering and celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

I, myself, had a great week.  I was in need of some new jeans since my old ones were literally falling off of me, so I went on a trip to find a pair.

The last pair I wore were a size 26W.  You had to get these in the plus-size section or a special plus-size store.  Also, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on these jeans because I think that they are only temporary.  I want to be in a smaller size soon.

So, I went to Target in hopes of finding something.  They did have plus-size jeans there, but not very many.  I was thinking that I might be in a size 20 or 22W.

When I looked on the rack, they only had 3 pair of size 24W and 1 pair of size 16W.

I knew that 24W would be too big, so I took the size 16W into the fitting room just to see how close they were to fitting.  I thought that this would at least give me a starting point when I went to another store to find a pair.

Well ... they actually fit!  I was so excited about this that I almost started crying right there in the dressing room of Target!

I called my boyfriend Kipp Rumlow as soon as I got in the car.  I asked him what size he thought I was.  Being the good man that he is, he refused to answer stating that he didn't even know what size I used to wear.

When I told him, he was so excited for me.  It just felt great!  I even had a friend take a picture of me in them so I could post it on Facebook.

It just proved to me that things are definitely moving in the right direction fast.  I was so proud and thankful that now I will just keep pressing on, moving forward and giving my all.  Have a great week everyone!

Measuring weight loss with pounds is not accurate, waist size is more important. Congrats!
