My first week was harder than I had thought it would be. I knew I was out of shape, but hadn't quite realized the full extent. My arms and legs were so sore; I had difficulty standing and raising my arms.
I honestly thought that I might not be able to continue the program. This is why I am supremely grateful to have this opportunity at Bodi N Balance in Port Clinton. I truly believe that Caleb (my trainer), wants me to lose the weight and get in better shape just as much as I do. In addition, my daughter keeps harassing me. She continually wants to know when my picture will be in the paper.
However, I have also felt the benefits. After a little recovery, I already feel better and have more energy. I took advantage of this over the weekend. I took the opportunity to take my daughter swimming, geocaching, and playing Ingress.
I am both excited and diffident about this upcoming week. I know Caleb will be increasing my regiment, but I know this must be done in order to reach my goal.
