Here we are at unlucky No. 13 for my blog.

I have been sick with a sinus infection and both ears infected for awhile now and on antibiotics for four days and feel even worse every day.

I woke up Sunday morning with an awful cough now, too.

Stress is getting to me!!!

I started this past week really well and made it to the gym every day until Friday.

My husband woke me really early on Sunday after he already worked 12 hours, so I could work out with him. I was reluctant, but did get up and go.

Wow! Another week has flown by!

I made it to the gym five days this past week.

I forgot to mention my husband has joined me at NOMS Fitness Center. He joined about three weeks ago and we both try to go together when we can.

This past week has been exhausting!

I worked out with usual equipment most of the week: TRX bands on Monday; weight class on Wednesday with my trainer Shawn Zahel; and a spin/yoga class on Thursday. 

Holy cow! I was sore.

Panic set in this past week.

One month till my daughter's prom and less than three months till graduation. I am not ready for this :(

This past week has been pretty good.

I was able to get to the gym five days and worked out with my trainer Shawn Zahel of NOMS almost all of them!

I hope to take not one, but two different classes this week to up my intensity even more.

WOW! Six weeks have flown by already!!!

All us FIT Challengers met this past Saturday for updated pictures and interviews.

It was really great to see everyone and finally meet Tim Rotsinger.

I am so proud of everyone's progress and seeing their smiling faces.

This past week has had many ups and downs.
 
My anxiety levels are at an all-time high. So, I took my frustrations to the gym!

This past week started out terrible with three days of no gym due to a severe sinus infection and not being able to breathe.

I survived scrapbooking weekend!!!

I took healthy snacks, I did not have any pop or candy, and I ate salads!

Breakfast was my downfall :( I caved with sausage gravy & biscuits. It was delicious, but I felt bad after eating it.
