I survived scrapbooking weekend!!!
I took healthy snacks, I did not have any pop or candy, and I ate salads!
Breakfast was my downfall :( I caved with sausage gravy & biscuits. It was delicious, but I felt bad after eating it.
I paid for it in the gym this past week. I think I have pushed myself a little too hard.
My back muscles are sore and I may have a sinus infection going on.
I went to NOMS Sunday, even though I didn't feel well.
I hope this passes quickly and can keep up at the gym. I learned even more things this week, including the burpees that former FIT Challenger Leah Collins warned me about.
I hope this week is better!
