WOW! Six weeks have flown by already!!!

All us FIT Challengers met this past Saturday for updated pictures and interviews.

It was really great to see everyone and finally meet Tim Rotsinger.

I am so proud of everyone's progress and seeing their smiling faces.

We are doing so much in our own ways, but for the same goal. Keep your spirit alive and keep going strong! We can and will do this!!!

This past week went very well for me. I only missed the gym on Tuesday. I worked late and my son had a band concert, but I made up for it the rest of the week.

I have started to pick up my pace on the treadmill and even began jogging for a little bit.

I feel great and slowly starting to see my hard work paying off!

Thank you to my trainer Shawn Zahel at NOMSĀ Fitness Center for always pushing me to achieve more.

I appreciate his patience, even though it is not always easy for me.

I also had a follow-up appointment with my rheumatologist this past week. She is very happy with my decision to get healthier and my progress so far.

I am doing well with my eating, even though I am making my own choices.

I could be more strict, but I am trying to make permanent changes to live by, not just to get by for now.

I feel great and full of energy I haven't had in a very long time.

Thank you to my family for allowing me to spend some time at the gym every day and encouraging me to go when sometimes I don't want to.

My 9-year-old is always asking me what I did at the gym each day.

Thank you to my friends who have joined me during my workouts. Your company makes it easier knowing that I am not alone!

Thank you to my co-workers for words of kindness. It feels great to have an awesome support system.

And thank you to my fellow FIT Challengers for inspiration to keep going every day. Although, we each have our personal struggles, heath issues and things stressing us out, we are in this together we are not alone!!!

Dont Worry Be Happy

This was a great update Jen, I am so proud of you, we all are.
