White is getting ready to resist Halloween candy

Hi everyone. I hope everyone's past week was great. This past week went pretty well and I was able to overcome my cold and get back into the gym with my personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi Balance.

I thought it would be really hard trying to get back into the gym after missing almost a week, but it was not that hard at all. My body bounced back fast so it was not like I was starting for the first time.

Halloween is coming up and hopefully I will bypass all that candy. Then you have Thanksgiving around the corner and then X-mas. Man I'm going to have to have a lot of willpower. Hopefully, it will not be that bad. I have learned not to overeat and to eat in smaller amounts so that is going to be very helpful.

I'm suppose to run a 5K next month. I hope that I am able to due to the holiday season; you can't get every request off from Walmart. If anyone wants to come and join me; you are more than welcome. The more support, the better.

I have started my countdown to graduation and it seems like it is right around the corner. Everyone have a great week!
