I’m very excited to be a part of the FIT Challenge again.
I’m especially excited to be paired with Scott Webb. He is a great guy who has tried a lot of different things in the past that just haven’t worked for him.
I’m confident that we can turn that around for him and show him how to lead a healthy and active lifestyle from here on out.
Scott is starting out at more than 350 pounds and almost 38 percent body fat. I want to get Scott below that 300-pound mark as soon as possible.
We are starting out by breaking things into small goals so that it doesn’t get too overwhelming.
Our primary focus right now is on learning good movement patterns and basic exercise technique while learning to understand portion control.
Scott seems to have a great support network that is going to hold him accountable to this process whether he likes it or not.
I feel blessed to be a part of Scott’s transformation, and I can already see some great changes ahead for him.
