Well ... I guess it's time to get back to the basics!
I've really had no chance during the past two weeks to get to the gym!
My grades in school are slipping and I'm struggling to find a balance between everything!
This past week was rough!
I have so much going on between work, school and this FIT Challenge!
I'm physically and mentally drained all week long!
I'm working on picking back up the same motivation that I had in the beginning, but it isn't easy!
I am very excited about the upcoming FIT Fright Challenge 5K.
I have been busting out some serious cardio workouts to get myself prepared.
My diet is still going OK! There are some things I could improve on, but all in all, I'm doing great!
This past week was much easier as I'm settling into my new workout, work and class routine!
I have been getting up at 5:15 every morning and heading off to Health & Strength for a rigorous cardio workout before work.
This past week has been a little rough on me with being down with a cold. I have fallen way off track.
But that is OK because my overall health is more important than anything.
