This past week has been a little rough on me with being down with a cold. I have fallen way off track.
But that is OK because my overall health is more important than anything.
I have been burning the candle at both ends recently and I think it finally caught up with me.
I ended up taking a day off of work just to try and catch up on some rest and get rid of this nasty bug.
But I'm feeling better now and I'm ready to tackle this challenge. I've had way to many setbacks in the past 2 weeks and it's time to focus.
After talking with my personal trainer Fred Palomo of Health & Strength the other day, I realized that the "good" food choices I thought I was making weren't good at all.
So I'm in the process of changing my diet again. I'm not seeing any results, so I must change what I'm doing.
