I'm happy to say that I'm finally back on track.
With my hectic work, school and life schedule, it was hard to stay focused.
It also didn't help when my personal trainer Fred Palomo of Health & Strength was gone on his vacation because I truly lost sight of what I set out to do.
Once he got back, I became sick and was down for an entire week.
However, all complaints and excuses aside, this past week has been fantastic.
I was completely exhausted by Fridays end, but I know that its going to be worth it.
I am trying to stick to the schedule and doing a great job sticking to the diet.
I have not lost any weight in awhile so it was time to shake things up a bit. A new diet, exercise routine and outlook are all in the works to get me where I want to be!
Can't wait till I see some more results. I remember how that felt. I wanna feel it again!
