This past week was much easier as I'm settling into my new workout, work and class routine!
I have been getting up at 5:15 every morning and heading off to Health & Strength for a rigorous cardio workout before work.
Then I work from 8-4:15 and head off to class from 5-10! Then I also work on Saturday mornings!
It has been rough and fairly exhausting. Today (Sunday) I was supposed to get up and go to the Goodwill 5K run and i slept right through my alarm. I'd say I needed that sleep!
I'm excited to see where this new routine gets me. It really fits within my life at this moment in time!
My diet has been going great as well!
I'm just honing in on all that and I'm learning and trying to incorporate it into my weight-loss program!
I have a long way to go, but I know I can do it!
