Webb struggles with eating the right foods

My second week doing the FIT Challenge is going OK. 

The only thing I am having a hard time with is eating the right foods. 

I have been drinking more water than anything since I started with the Challenge. 

With the help from my trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitnes in Huron, I am hoping everything will get a lot easier for me. 

I have been in a lot of pain the day after I worked out. 

I could hardly move, but it has been getting better. 

I haven’t felt the pain so my body must be getting used to the workout. 

I would like to say thanks to Alan Furey, a former Fit Challenge contestant, who said he will help me out and work out with me when I need someone to work out with. He will also give me some tips on what to eat and what not to eat. 

I have also been getting a lot of support from my family and friends. 

Just the other day, I was sad because I have been working hard and could not see any improvement on my weight loss. 

My family and friends gave me a lot of encouraging words to brighten my day back up. 

I am hoping things will get better for me. 

I can see some improvement on my weight loss. 

I also have been frustrated with my key to get in the Sandusky Anytime Fitness location; it would not work for me. 

I live in Sandusky, so going there is more convenient than driving to the Huron location.  But after the help from my trainer, I am hoping everything will get a lot easier for me.

You can do this, Scott. It's one day at a time. You won't see miracles overnight, but it will happen. Stay positive and keep at it. Praying for you.
