So I am doing OK; still in a lot of pain, but that is not going to stop me from losing this weight.
My trainer, Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness in Huron, has me working my upper part of my body so I won't hurt my knee any worse.
I did lose that 1 pound that I had gained.
I want to start running again so I can lose this weight.
I haven't anything else, but this 1 pound.
I am getting highly frustrated. I really don't care. I just want to work hard and lose this weight.
However, I understand my trainer doesn't want me to hurt myself anymore than what I did .
