Saturday morning my friend and I took off for 20-mile bike ride. The last 3 miles it started to rain really hard.
As I was crossing over a train track, I fell off my bike like. I was superman with my right arm out.
I was rushed to the hospital knowing some bone had to broken, but afraid I injured my back.
I'm home now in severe pain with a broken humerus and some problems with my shoulder.
I will be seeing a ortho doctor today to assess this situation.
The is crazy bad and I will need a week of rest.
I LOVE this program so much!
I just finished four days of workouts with Hannah Riley of the Norwalk Rec and my new sub trainer.
My legs are so strong now so will continue and will be at the 5K.
No more weight training for eight weeks, BUT CORE AND LOWER BODY will be done.
I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!
