FIT Challenger Jen Gardin and I have had trouble finding the time to meet up to train together these past couple of weeks. 

We both have been busy, but when we are able to, we make the most of the time we have.

These past few weeks have been a bit of a roller coaster. FIT Challenger Jen Gardin has been sick on and off throughout the past month. 

I have to give her a lot of credit for the way she continues to come back pushing even harder after every setback.

FIT Challenger Jen Gardin has accomplished many feats in the past couple of months. 
She is active in several of  our group exercise classes,  which she seems to be  enjoying.

We are now about  a month and a  half into the FIT  Challenge. 
Jen has made some great  progress in breaking many  of her physical and mental  barriers.

On Jan. 15, I met my new FIT contestant, Jen Gardin.
She was a little nervous about getting started, but is very enthusiastic about the opportunity that she has.

I would first like to congratulate Brian Feltner on winning the FIT Challenge and also congratulate all the other trainers and contestants for the hard work they have put into this challenge.

We are nearing the end of the fitness competition, and FIT Challenger Brian Feltner has seen some positive results in weight loss and overall health.

FIT Challenger Brian Feltner has lost 8 pounds since our last weigh-in more than a month ago.
He seems to be doing well with sticking to his diet plan.

I am very excited about the progress FIT Challenger Brian Feltner has been making the past couple of months.
Brian has brought up many times that the soreness and pain of everyday tasks seem to be becoming lesser by the day.

Brian has lost 25 pounds and is determined to keep shedding the weight and take the steps needed to become a healthier individual.
