I can’t believe how incredibly fast the time flew by. 

The challenge has been not only an amazing experience, but also a gift for which I can never say thank you enough.

Four more pounds and two weeks! 

I really hope I can hit that big 50-pound goal. 

I plan on working my butt off these next couple of weeks.  With no work, there’s no excuse to not be pulling two-or three-a-day workouts.

This past week was a week of temptation, that’s for sure! 

I was able to resist all of it ... well except one tiny little bit.

To start, this was the last week of school.

Less than a month to go. It still blows my mind how absolutely fast time has gone. Part of me will be sad for this to be over because of the awesome relationships I’ve built because of it.

I can’t believe there are only five more weeks left in the competition. I love it.

I hit my 40-pound mark this past week!  

It is still crazy to think that I've lost that much weight in fewer than five months.  

We have all done an amazing job.  

It feels like a normal part of life now so hopefully not only will I keep it off, but keep losing.

Another week down and not too many more to go!

This competition has really helped keep me focused and distracted all at the same time.

I focused more on myself than I probably ever have. It also helped the time go by quickly.

I’m so happy the weather has finally gotten nice and stayed that way! 

Spring in Ohio is beautiful.  I love this time of year.  I’ve always been an outdoorsy person, which is probably part of the reason I hated being stuck inside because of the rain so much in Washington.

Four months down already!

Where has the time gone? We had another FIT challenge this past week; this time it was at NOMS.

It consisted of lots of sprints and reps of squat presses, jumping jacks, push-ups and crunches on the Bosu ball.
