FIT CHALLENGE: Wilson is back to his power-lifting weight

The weeks are just flying by!

I'm getting more overtime at work again. But I still managed to get in my three weekly workouts at Anytime Fitness in Norwalk. By Sept. 20, I was pretty tired at my workout. Ken has stepped up my routine by increasing my reps from 12 to 15. The weights stayed the same. It was quite a challenge, but I got through it.

My weight is down to what I weighed 17 years ago. I power lifted (not body builder) in the 242-pound weight class. My pant size was a tight 46, and Sept. 21 I was able to get into a pair of size 40 shorts.

I'm can't wait to see what my numbers are Thursday when I get weighed and measured again at the gym.

I wish I had more to say this week, but all I do is work and exercise. I don't even eat that much anymore. My life isn't very exciting.

That's probably why I gained so much weight in the first place. It really is all about what you eat. A proper diet is everything. I know exactly what FIT Challenge contestant Keisa White is talking about when it comes to food. It's a sad day when the highlight of my week is sugar-free Jello.
