Wilson gets hungrier as it gets chiller

I got my results back from my visit to the doctor. My overall cholesterol is down, but my bad cholesterol is borderline high. How did that happen ? The blood work from my liver test was a little off. I have to retake that in a couple of weeks. I'm trying not to worry about it too much. It may be because some of my  prescriptions were changed.
My workouts this past week went great. However, I did not lose even 1 pound. I hardly rode my bike at all this past week. The weather has not been cooperating with my schedule. Since it's gotten colder outside, I am hungrier. I eat healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables now. Not ice cream and desserts like before. I want to be at about 230 pounds by November.
I've had this past weekend off from work. I plan to catch up with my bike riding. Sunday, I got to watch my grandaughter McKenzie play volleyball. I have to stay busy when I don't have to work so that I won't eat so much.
It was good seeing everyone at the FIT Challenge. I hope everybody had a good time. Planks are not my favorite thing to do so I'm glad we are done with that. It could have been worse; FIT Challenge contestant Keisa White has to work out with a telephone pole all the time. What's up with that?
