Well, I am still going strong as I compose one of the last blogs of the challenge.

I have some mixed feelings about the impending end.

I am going to miss the blog end and definitely going to miss being with Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance.

With life in full swing right now, it is hard to pack 30 hours into a 24-hour day.

I had an amazing past week. I am truly blessed to have a successful career, awesome family and the best friends in the world.

Busy, busy, busy. When will it all end?

Of all weeks, I struggled to get with Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance this past week. I needed to prepare for our challenge mentally and had a million other things going on.

I have had a great week with lots of activities.

Sometimes when you think you can't go anymore, you dig in a little deeper, hoping for the energy to finish.

It just proves that your mind will stop you before your body gives out.

This past week went by rather quickly.

I will be on my first full week of my new nutrition plan.

Had to create some time to get it figured out and get to the store to stock up. Still eating lots of bananas, berries and other fruits.

I had a pretty good past week.

There were the early morning workouts and the evening bike rides, mixed in with a run or two. Who would have thought?

My son, Chace, and I went on a great bike ride of 15-plus miles after his last day of school May 30.

This past week in a nutshell.
 
Stressful followed by stress relief. Anxiousness then relief.
 
I had some great early morning workouts with Trevor Tieche at Bodi N Balance. Then RACE DAY. I’m not talking NASCAR.

This past week, I had some victories and some defeat.

After the previous week, I was feeling great about my progress , but the weather hampered me this past week and it showed.

I was unable to elevate myself to the next level.
