Last week, I had talked about how I turned to food during stressful or emotional times in my life. 
That is something I've done most of my life and am still struggling with now, even two months into the FIT Challenge.

Every time I pick up my phone, I am reminded of the journey I am on and to keep pushing through and to not give up, even when it gets hard.

This first month of the FIT Challenge has definitely been an eye-opening experience for me.

I have learned a lot, not only about how to work out and eat properly, but I am learning a lot of things about myself as well.
